  • Photographs and videos taken during the participating session

You have the right to know what Personal Data we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use that we give them, so in this regard we inform you of the following: The Personal Data that we collect from you will be used for the following purposes that are necessary for the service requested:

  • Statistics to improve aspects in the company
  • Suggestions and comments
  • Job bank
  • Customer service
  • Sales
  • Promotion and advertising

If you do not want your Personal Data to be processed for these additional purposes, please request the corresponding form to unsubscribe.

The refusal to use your personal data for these purposes may not be a reason for us to deny you the service and products you request or contract with us.

 

Pursuant to the provisions of the Law, the processing of Personal Data (“Processing of Personal Data) is considered to be the obtaining, use, disclosure or storage of Personal Data, by any means. The use covers any action of access, management, use, transfer or disposal of Personal Data.

The processing of Personal Data by GODET Creative Relaxation will be limited to compliance with the Treatment Purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and will be subject to the following:

  • In the event that it is intended to process your Personal Data for a purpose other than the purposes of this Privacy Notice, GODET Creative Relaxation will require obtaining your consent for that purpose, once again.
  • It will be the one that is necessary, adequate and relevant for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (rectification); that we eliminate it from our records or databases when it considers that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set forth in the regulations (cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

At the time of completing the registration format in each session, you voluntarily and expressly state that you have read and understood the scope of the treatment that GODET Creative Relaxation gives to Personal Data, therefore you have no observations or concerns regarding it. Therefore, through this Notice, you freely, consciously, expressly, informed and spontaneously state that you authorize GODET Creative Relaxation to process your Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of this format.
